Q: Why there aren't any prices shown on your website?

A: We want to provide you with the best possible price and therefore feel that we would prefer to quote each enquiry individually.

Q: How is payment made?

A: Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer, and soon online. Payment can also be made by Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Debit Card, however please note that there may be a surcharge added on credit/debit card payments.

Q: On which days to villa bookings usually commence?

A:Some villas stipulate a particular day so please just check with us first or please click here to visit our booking conditions page.

Q: What is the required length of stay?

A: Normally a minimum 7-night stay is required. Some villas may accept shorter stays (5 nights), especially if it is close to your departure date or during the low season. In peak season, a premium for shorter stays may be required.

Q: Aren't villas more expensive than a hotel?

A: As you explore the Stardust villas we represent you'll see that many villas are often much cheaper than prices of hotels of the same quality standard. Villa rentals offer more privacy, more comfort, and more freedom than hotel rooms. Your villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making a Greece vacation rental an economical choice. When two or more people are travelling, a rental is usually considerably less expensive than staying in hotel rooms and eating all of your meals out. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa, you'll quickly realize that villas offer superb value. (Remember to compare rates per room/ per night).

Q: Do mobile phones work in Greece?

A: Generally most GSM network mobile phones do work in Greece although at times reception can be erratic and some locations are unsuitable for mobile telephones (mountains), so we advise that you check with your airtime provider.

Q: Is Travel Insurance Required?

A: Yes, it is strongly recommended that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance to include accommodation cancellation. If you require assistance in this respect, please contact us.

A: Nationals of Australia, Canada, all EU countries, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and the USA can travel to Greece for up to three months without a visa (90 days)

Q: Do the villas with satellite TV, have many international channels?

A: Most satellite systems in Greece have over 100 channels however these are mainly a mixture of Greek and European channels. Usually there are just a few English channels like CNN News, Euro News, BBC World and sometimes a film is shown in the evenings in English. If this is of importance to you, please check with us before making a booking.

Q: Is a car required?

A: We strongly recommend that guests reserve a car, as sometimes the property may not be within walking distance of resort amenities.

Q: What if I want to give you some feedback?

Q: How often is the villa cleaned?

A:Unless otherwise stated, the villas have a 2 hours daily maid service.

Q. What can I do if I forget my personal belongings in a villa?

A:Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to ensure that all your belongings are removed from the villa at the end of your holiday. Before departing from your accommodation please ensure you check the villa thoroughly for your personal belongings i.e. the safety deposit box, wardrobes, drawers, under beds, bathroom cabinets, clothes line etc.  We will be unable to return to you items discovered after your departure. Each villa requires servicing before the next arrival and cleaning teams will remove and discard any items left in the property following your departure. If you are able to notify us quickly enough we will do our best to track non- perishable items down for you and arrange for them to be stored at our office in Athens from where you can arrange collection by courier.

Q. What about your commission?

A: We need to make something clear at this point, our commission is earned directly from the owner and NOT from your pocket, this is a very common mistake, mostly because people don't know and they assume that we earn money from them, but this is simply not true.
