The complex consisting of a 300 sq.m. villa, a central pool and seven suites of 50 sq.m. each. The clue of the complex is the magnificent view over the bay of Agia Efimia and the island of Ithaca. The spacious 300 sq.m. villa was built in three levels and offers a unique panoramic view to the Ionian Sea. The villa consists of six double and two single bedrooms, five bathrooms, a big living room with a traditional stone made and energy saving fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. It also has a cute fully equipped barbeque corner in the yard. The three levels are served by a private elevator. All TV sets of the villa have satellite multichannel access and internet access is also available in all floors of the villa. Each Suite, tastefully furnished with traditional furniture and framed paintings, consists of the main badroom, a living room which can additionally accommodate two more adults or children, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
