Villa Magdalena is located above Pouli area, this villa is a delightful semi-detached property with striking views of the Aegean sea, Delos island and sunset.
The villa has recently been renovated throughout. A beautiful new private infinity pool and great outdoor settings were also added to the property by taking full advantage of its panoramic position.
The main pool deck, equipped with stylish teak sun beds, features and a large recreational area for sunbathing. It enjoys a 180-degree panoramic sea views and surrounding Islands. Away from the house, there is a large pergola with traditional wood fire BBQ and a comfortable outdoor dining table suitable for 10 guests. It has direct access to a spacious Camares where a brand new kitchen and comfortable indoor dining and sitting area are also provided.
The main house is built on two levels; a master bedroom with own en-suite bathroom and two double guest bedrooms with shared bathroom are situated on the ground floor, at pool level, with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom with sea views has direct access to the pool, which is also communicating with the Camares. Upstairs, where the main entrance of the house is located, a cozy and charming living room opens to a dining area with large windows and great sea views. A second smaller but functional open plan kitchen and an upper mezzanine floor with cozy sofas and a TV is a perfect area for relaxing. A fourth studio with separate entrance from the pool terrace, features a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Detached from the main house and located below the pool area, there is another small yet attractive independent apartment with own kitchenette, sea views and a separate entrance.
